The Federal Government of Nigeria has postponed the Secondary school certificate examination organized by the West African Examination Council (WAEC) and National Examination Council (NECO) indefinitely because of the corona virus pandemic. The Minister of state for education, Emeka Nwajubu announced this during a press conference monitored by Channels TV. "WAEC and NECO has been postponed indefinitely" he said They are working on how to educate students while they're at home but the major challenge is students who don't have access to mobile devices, he said they're working with radio stations to instil some for the students.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for first year and direct entry admissions into the Igbinedion University, Okada (IUO) undergraduate programmes for the 2020/2021 academic session. "Candidates who have been offered PROVISIONAL ADMISSION BUT ARE YET TO ACCEPT the admission are to immediately accept such offers free by using the CAPS Mobile App downloaded from the Google Play Store. Candidates do not need to visit any CBT centre or cybercafe as doing so would be a violation of the presidential directive on work from home/stay-at-home order. Candidates should note that failure to accept such offers of admissions on the CAPS platform would result in forfeiture of the admission." The only way to access your JAMB result is by using the original result slip portal which you have to pay a token to access. This is to inform you that the portal for printing original JAMB result has just been enabled. You can now print your original jamb result slip on your Jamb Portal.
