WAEC AND NECO POSTPONED INDEFINITELY
The Federal Government of Nigeria has postponed the Secondary school certificate examination organized by the West African Examination Council (WAEC) and National Examination Council (NECO) indefinitely because of the corona virus pandemic.
The Minister of state for education, Emeka Nwajubu announced this during a press conference monitored by Channels TV.
"WAEC and NECO has been postponed indefinitely" he said
They are working on how to educate students while they're at home but the major challenge is students who don't have access to mobile devices, he said they're working with radio stations to instil some for the students.
